    1. Eligibility for Returns

    You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Gift cards

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. Prepare Your Package: Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Clearly write your RMA number on the package.

    3. Ship the Item: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    4. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

    5. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. After we process your return, you can place a new order for the desired item.

    6. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

    7. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
